About Melissa

I graduated Magna Cum Laude from Kutztown University of Pennsylvania, earning a Bachelor's of Science in Social Media Theory and Strategy as well as a minor in Public Relations.

During my studies, I learned concepts to improve SEO as well as how to create visually appealing social media content. I was also Content Manager of the university's Social Media Strategists Club, where I worked with a group of members to create a website and blog, as well as provide input with the club's social media manager.

I'm currently enrolled in Southern New Hampshire University's B.A. program for Graphic Design and Media Arts, where I plan to focus on web design!

Outside of school, I started my own business in the summer of 2020. Sunset Skies, currently located on Etsy, is full of small-batch handmade earrings and other accessories made from polymer clay. In addition to creating all the pieces, I run the store's Instagram page, and am currently working to improve the SEO within there.
